Are you happy with your weight?  Do the holidays sabotage your good intentions?

It’s perfectly healthy to allow yourself to indulge once in a while but many of us take this too far during the holidays (unfortunately this season last for 2 months!)

The National Weight Control Registry conducted a study of over 5000 people who have lost 30 pounds and kept it off for at least one year. This study revealed that day to day consistency is importing for maintaining weight loss.

Here are 3 things you can do to enhance your holiday determination and increase your zest:

1.  Balance your

Unbalanced blood sugar causes our bodies to feel out of control and gain weight.

Remedies:

Eat 3 Balanced Meals– Breakfast, lunch, & dinner should consist of unlimited vegetables, a protein, carb, and healthy fat.

Stick to a schedule- Eat breakfast every morning

Exercise-Be sure to get your heart rate up (for at least 30 minutes) every SINGLE day!  I feel best when I do right when I wake up in the morning

Holiday parties often challenge your normal schedule so make healthy eating and exercise a priority.

Supplements:

B -complex- is my favorite vitamin. It’s not called the happy vitamin for nothing!  It helps promote vitality and keeps your hair strong.

3-in-1 boost-A special combination of herbs that boost your metabolism and make your cells more sensitive to sugar.

2. Get enough good

at every meal-less muscle means less metabolism and less energy.

Leucine is the best amino acid (Protein) like in Cinch meal shakes and bars.

People who use shakes or bars once or twice a day for weight loss loose more weight that people who do strictly  food diets. Vegetable protein Is easy to digest so the body can use more of it.

3.  Remember the Holidays will be there again.

It’s definitely a lot more difficult to turn down great food when you are going to a lot of parties like during the HOliday Season.  It’s always good to allow yourself to have a little of a treat but that this won’t be your last time ever being around treats.

The

that I am offering is designed to keep you on track, have fun, and educate you so it is easier to say yes to what we want and no to what will sabotage what we desire.
