As many people know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and it is a cause that is very important to me. Many years ago my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. During her chemo treatments, I became obsessed with finding ways to help her boost her immune system. Additionally I was looking for ways to prevent this disease, not only for myself but for her daughters as well.

Gut bacteria is the Key to a Health!
All diseases are caused by two things, either not enough nutrition or too many toxins. The key component in our bodies that can either contribute or sabotage our health is our gut.
